Job Description
Licensed Therapist - 1099 Private Practice New Growth Counseling | St. Augustine, FL New Growth Counseling is a growing private practice in St. Augustine, FL, and we're looking to add a fully licensed clinician to our team! We primarily work with children, adolescents, and families, with a particular focus on helping children and families navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who is new to private practice and ready to take the leap, while still having the support of an established practice and a collaborative team. We're looking for someone who: Is a fully licensed Florida LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC Enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families Has experience working with neurodivergent clients (preferred) Has experience with play therapy, art/expressive therapies, or other creative approaches — or is enthusiastic about learning! Is comfortable working with clients with ADHD, autism, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and other common childhood mental health concerns Is available for some afternoon/evening appointments during the week or weekends Is comfortable working with insurance Values collaboration, creativity, and a child-centered approach New to private practice? We can help! As a 1099 clinician, you'll have the flexibility and autonomy of private practice while having the infrastructure of an established practice behind you. We handle the insurance credentialing process for you, so you don't have to navigate that on your own. You'll have the opportunity to build a caseload that aligns with your interests and clinical strengths while working within a practice that values creative, individualized, and relationship-based care.
