We are a community mental health agency that offers services to individuals of all ages (0-99+) and accepts all insurance types, along with EAP plans and self-pay. While we are an agency, we are looking for clinicians with a private practice state-of-mind to join our team. We are searching for therapists who feel comfortable working independently, managing their own caseloads/schedules, and are flexible with their clients/interests. We are seeking mental health therapists who are interested in providing services in-school and/or in our Stuart office location. At this time, we are only hiring someone who speaks Spanish or Creole (and feels comfortable offering services in those languages). The role is highly collaborative and supportive with administrative staff. This is a school-based role primarily•you would work in 1-4 schools in the Martin County area (based on availability) offering services to students who are identified by their mental health team. Staff works closely with each school's mental health team to identify students who can be seen on site at their school. You will be at one school per day (may be the same school twice per week, based on need) to reduce commuting. We have schools in Hobe Sound/Indiantown/Stuart/Palm City/Jensen Beach. Our office space in Stuart would be open for staff to utilize for after hours sessions or during holiday breaks. Master's Degree is required (MFT, MHC, LCSW, or related field) Florida state licensure required prior to hire (Registered Intern or Licensed in a mental health field)•we cannot accept art or dance therapy certifications in place of an active license in Florida through the Department of Health Play Therapy experience Children and Family experience is required Experience in different areas (substance use, children/adolescents) is welcomed Spanish or Creole speaking required.
Starting Pay Unlicensed Therapist:
$45•50 per client contact hour
Licensed Therapist:
$50•55 per client contact hour
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, 1099 position only Documentation training is provided, along with a variety of resources available to clinicians. Free monthly trainings and group supervision included.
