If you are looking for an opportunity to provide quality clinical care while becoming part of a practice that values strong relationships, professional autonomy, and culturally responsive care, we would love to connect with you. We are looking for a clinician who is dependable, clinically strong, and interested in developing a consistent caseload in the Tallahassee area. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to clients within your scope of practice. Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation. Develop individualized treatment goals with clients. Maintain appropriate clinical, ethical, and professional standards. Communicate professionally with clients and the Clear Point Therapy team. Maintain a consistent caseload and schedule. Participate in care coordination when clinically appropriate. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida clinical license LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or other qualifying independent behavioral health license Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field Ability to practice independently in the State of Florida Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to manage a caseload independently Reliable communication and follow-through Commitment to client-centered and ethical care We Are Especially Interested in
