We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health treatment program serving individuals with primary mental health conditions . Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy as clinically appropriate Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required time frames Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support client progress Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical field Experience working with the primary mental health population strongly preferred PHP/IOP experience is a plus Florida Registered Interns are preferred and encouraged to apply Master's-level and fully licensed clinicians are also welcome to apply Strong group facilitation, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
