We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Teen DBT IOP and PHP program. This role includes individual therapy and DBT skills groups, with evening groups three days per week . Responsibilities Provide individual DBT therapy and facilitate DBT skills groups for teen clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals Participate in evening programming three days per week Provide DBT phone coaching and crisis support as needed Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Follow DBT best practices and all applicable ethical and professional standards Experience Minimum of one year of clinical therapy experience or completion of a clinical internship in a mental health setting Experience working with adolescents/teens strongly preferred Experience with DBT and facilitating DBT skills groups preferred Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Requirements Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Georgia licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, APC, LMSW, or equivalent) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with teens and families Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Availability for evening groups three days per week Benefits Competitive compensation Health insurance Retirement savings plan options Paid time off and holidays If you are passionate about working with teens and providing evidence-based DBT treatment, we encourage you to apply.
