Position Overview:

We are looking for a committed and compassionate Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in a supportive environment, providing both in-office and telehealth therapy services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and conduct ongoing documentation, including updates on diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
• Provide therapy services to a flexible caseload of 22 clients per week, accommodating both in-office and Telehealth sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LISW, LP, etc.) is required. Temporary licensed encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Timeliness and accuracy in completing and submitting documentation of services and other necessary documents.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation structure: 70/30 split for fully licensed therapists; 60/40 split for temporary license providers.
• Employment status (not 1099), ensuring that tax concerns are managed appropriately.
• Annual paid time off of 40 hours, allowing for work-life balance.
• All overhead costs are covered by the practice; you simply come in, be a therapist, and focus on your clients without the hassle of managing overhead expenses.
