Beacon of Hope Counseling is an intimate private practice dedicated to providing quality mental health services to individuals, couples, children, and families. Position Overview:

We are looking for a committed and compassionate Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in a supportive environment, providing both in-office and telehealth therapy services.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.
Implement treatment plans and conduct ongoing documentation, including updates on diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
Provide therapy services to a flexible caseload of 22 clients per week, accommodating both in-office and Telehealth sessions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LISW, LP, etc.) is required. Temporary licensed encouraged to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Timeliness and accuracy in completing and submitting documentation of services and other necessary documents.
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive compensation structure: 70/30 split for fully licensed therapists; 60/40 split for temporary license providers.
Employment status (not 1099), ensuring that tax concerns are managed appropriately.
Annual paid time off of 40 hours, allowing for work-life balance.
All overhead costs are covered by the practice; you simply come in, be a therapist, and focus on your clients without the hassle of managing overhead expenses.
