Mental Health Therapist Looking for the independence of private practice without having to do everything yourself? At Wellness Partners, you can build a caseload and schedule that fit your life while we provide the infrastructure and support behind you—including insurance credentialing, billing and administrative support, clinical consultation, and supervision toward clinical licensure/endorsement when needed. We're looking for therapists who value autonomy but don't want to practice in isolation. Wellness Partners is a multidisciplinary wellness practice built around a simple belief: caring for your mental health should feel like a normal part of caring for your overall health. Our therapists work alongside other wellness professionals in a collaborative, supportive environment while maintaining the freedom to develop their own clinical style, specialties, and caseload. The Position We are looking for a thoughtful, compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers flexibility with both in-person and telehealth options and is a great fit for an experienced clinician or a newer therapist looking for a supportive place to grow. Most importantly, we want our therapists to be able to focus their energy on being therapists —not spending their time figuring out credentialing, billing, or running every aspect of a practice on their own. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on your interests and expertise Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate and consult with other providers when helpful to client care Continue developing your clinical skills and areas of specialization Bring your own therapeutic style, interests, and strengths to your work What We're Looking For Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Current Idaho licensure or eligibility for licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while also valuing consultation and connection with colleagues Comfort using an electronic health record (EHR) Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling In-person and telehealth options Clinical supervision toward LCPC licensure/clinical endorsement Insurance credentialing provided Administrative and billing support Peer consultation and clinical collaboration Autonomy to develop your own specialties and caseload Manageable caseload expectations An emphasis on work-life balance Access to wellness services and resources within our practice A supportive multidisciplinary team Why Wellness Partners? We're not trying to create a high-volume therapy clinic. We're building a wellness community where therapists have the independence to practice in a way that feels authentic to them without having to build a private practice completely on their own. Our goal is to provide the structure and support behind the scenes so you can focus on your clients, develop professionally, and build a work life that is sustainable. How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter telling us a little about yourself, the clients you enjoy working with, and what you're looking for in your next professional home to cristamooremurray@wellnesspartnerspllc.com. We'd love to hear from you. Wellness Partners, PLLC is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
