Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to support their emotional and psychological well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking help with their mental health challenges. Must have masters degree in therapy or social work and be board certified

Hope Center Clinic will pay the supervision costs for the right candidate. The clinical director at Hope Center Clinic is an LCSW. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to the client's needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in case management activities, coordinating care with other healthcare providers and community resources as necessary. Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles when appropriate to support clients with behavioral challenges. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes. Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting peer support and shared experiences among participants. Provide direct support to clients in inpatient settings, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. Proficiency in clinical counseling techniques and case management strategies. Experience with coding for medical records and insurance purposes is preferred. Familiarity with group therapy facilitation techniques. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
