Starting Pay:
$36/hour Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM 1-
Hour Lunch Break:
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Position Overview Serenity Human Service Coordination LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Therapist to join our growing team. Our agency primarily serves low-income Medicaid clients and Hispanic families within the community. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals and families through mental health challenges while helping empower clients toward long-term growth and stability. This position requires a professional who is culturally sensitive, compassionate, patient, and committed to meeting clients where they are while helping educate, guide, and strengthen them through therapeutic support. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and behavioral health therapy services Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Collaborate with Case Managers and other providers to support client success Maintain active licensure and compliance with Idaho regulations Support clients experiencing mental health, emotional, behavioral, and environmental challenges Provide culturally responsive services to diverse populations Provide services wherever it benefits the client most. Qualifications Currently licensed as a mental health practitioner in the State of Idaho Examples include: LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, etc. Must actively maintain licensure in good standing Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related Human Services field required Minimum of one (1) year experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills Benefits Include PTO (Paid Time Off)
