What We're Looking For We are seeking associate clinicians who want strong clinical supervision and mentorship while working toward independent licensure. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about providing high quality therapy in a supportive team environment. What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy under direct clinical supervision Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes) Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled sessions and minimum 25 completed visits weekly.
