About the Role Bella-Nacole is seeking 2 dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) , Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) , and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our clinical team in providing well-rounded mental health care. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental, social, or emotional health challenges. Our clinicians utilize an interdisciplinary approach—working closely with on-site nurse practitioners and collaborating with outside agencies as appropriate to ensure seamless, holistic client care.

Primary Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Treatment:

Conduct Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments (CDAs), diagnose based on DSM-5 criteria, and develop/implement evidence-based treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.

Therapy Delivery:

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in-office or via telehealth as indicated by the client's treatment plan.

Care Coordination & Advocacy:

Serve as a client advocate to coordinate necessary community services, handle crisis situations, and collaborate with outside agencies.

Documentation & Compliance:

Complete timely and professional clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, and treatment plan reviews). Ensure compliance with third-party billing requirements (e.g., Magellan, Regence, Blue Cross) and state programs (e.g., ICANS for pediatric clients).

Medical Necessity & Monitoring:

Regularly meet with clients to evaluate ongoing functioning, maintain medical necessity requirements, and update treatment plans as needed.

Confidentiality & Ethics:

Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, the Data Privacy Act, state/federal mandated reporting laws, and professional ethical standards.

Administrative & Licensing:

Submit billing paperwork in accordance with agency policy, maintain active licensure (including required CEUs), and cooperate promptly with third-party credentialing.

Qualifications Education & Licensure Education:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, from a nationally accredited university.

Licensure:

Active Idaho independent or master's-level license in good standing (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC).

Maintenance:

Commitment to maintaining active professional licensure and required annual Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Key Requirements & Skills Background Check:

Must successfully pass a Department of Health and Welfare background check.

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evening hours.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (current auto insurance required if using a personal vehicle for work-related tasks).

Teamwork & Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative approach to working within an interdisciplinary team and with community partners.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
