Job Description

Position Summary Insight Therapy is seeking a skilled and motivated therapist to join our outpatient private practice team as soon as possible. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive professional environment. Therapists have the ability to set their own schedules, manage their clinical caseloads, and provide therapy services within their areas of expertise. We credential our clinicians with major insurance providers. We are especially interested in therapists with a niche in working with neurodivergent individuals , as well as couples , families, and children , and who bring both comfort and experience to these areas of practice. Essential Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy services within the scope of training and competence Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with other providers involved in client care when appropriate Refer clients to supplemental or community-based services as needed Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and developments in the mental health field Manage scheduling and coordinate client appointments Qualifications Current Illinois LCSW or LCPC license required (LSW or LPC candidates with strong experience may be considered) Minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services preferred Experience working with couples, families, and/or children preferred Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Proficiency with electronic documentation, email, and basic computer systems Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client hours per week
Pay:
$40.00 - $70.00 per hour
