We are looking to recruit passionate and talented Full Time therapists for our

HINSDALE

therapy location located in the heart of downtown Hinsdale in the western suburbs of Chicago (Free parking & 3 blocks from the Metra train ). The desired therapist candidate would possess an LCPC, LCSW or PSYD and be willing to panel with BCBS, Aetna, United & Cigna. Cityscape Counseling is one of Chicago's largest and fastest growing outpatient mental health group practices. Our practice currently consists of 58 fantastic clinicians and we are looking to add 1-2 more at this time for our Hinsdale location. We provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, kids, couples and families. This position will be a full time in-office position at our Hinsdale, IL location. We have a very cohesive culture among our therapists who are highly talented, passionate and collaborative with one another. Clinicians will need to see at least 25 clients per week over a 5 day period in office and will need to work either 3 evenings per week or 2 evenings and 1 weekend day in order to build a caseload. Evenings include 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm slots. Candidate would need to be open to seeing children, teens and adults. (Bonus for experience with families and couples).

Our treatment specialties include:

General Mental Health, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, OCD, Mood Disorders, ADHD, Addictions, Trauma/EMDR, Relationship Issues, Couples Counseling, Adjustment Issues, Spiritual Support and Work/life balance. We use evidence based

CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, EMDR, RODBT

etc. as our treatment modalities. We are ideally looking for candidates who have specialties in either Eating Disorders, OCD or ADHD. This position is ideal for someone who wants to focus on clinical work in an outpatient private practice group setting and is not interested in the admin/billing side of a psychotherapy practice as well as for someone who functions best in a cohesive-team environment. The practice is in network with most major insurance companies and candidates will be assisted with credentialing with insurance companies as part of the onboarding process.
