Self-driven candidates serious about their clinical development and learning how to treat trauma with EMDR are encouraged to apply. EMDR is a cutting-edge approach to mental health treatment, and we want to grow clinicians who can address the root causes of mental health presentations. Training, consultation, and mentorship will be provided to help integrate EMDR into your existing knowledge of evidenced-based therapy. Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Meet weekly for supervision Provide mental health therapy for a caseload of 20 or more clients weekly Create individualized treatment plans for each client Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient sessions Adhere to all facility and licensing standards and qualifications LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT required.
