Self-driven candidates serious about their clinical development and learning how to treat trauma with EMDR are encouraged to apply. EMDR is a cutting-edge approach to mental health treatment, and we want to grow clinicians who can address the root causes of mental health presentations. Training, consultation, and mentorship will be provided to help integrate EMDR into your existing knowledge of evidenced-based therapy. The Center for Insight and Connection is a supportive, collaborative, relaxed, and authentic environment. Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Meet weekly for supervision Provide mental health therapy for a caseload of 20 or more clients weekly Create individualized treatment plans for each client Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient sessions Adhere to all facility and licensing standards and qualifications LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT required. CADC a plus Develop trusting relationships with clients, supervisor and co-workers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills Research symptoms and evidence-based treatments specific to your caseload outside of direct service hours Maintain a schedule that supports meeting the needs of assigned clients Adhere to all CIC policies and procedures Inquiries should be directed to: Patty Dirilten, LCSW, CADC, EMDR Approved Consultant, EMDR Institute Facilitator The Center for Insight & Connection Owner, Clinical Director, Therapist
