Primary Responsibilities Include:
Ensure the quality delivery of programming and services at your site in conjunction with Clinical Director and Site Director Help lead in fostering clinical environment for adults that is consistent with SCH's mission and culture. Implement schedule and programming that aligns with SCH's model and adult population needs in conjunction with Site Director Create a training schedule for all new hires and assure all new staff are trained properly in alignment with SCH's mission and model. Assess staffing needs and site culture and develop plans in response to identified needs within the program Attend to crisis management as needed. Keep track of discharge data and report to Site Director Monitor office space and replenish supplies for adult programming Conduct weekly chart audits. Assure all notes are accurately inputted in EHR system weekly. Complete monthly environment of care walk-through at your location. Participate in hiring new staff. Prepare and assess staffing schedules and call off coverage, including holiday coverage. Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Masters in counseling, social work, and/or related field or 2+ yrs experience License eligible and/or CADC or certification in a related field. Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices for adults Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families Program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking Strong written and oral communication skills #priority
