Hours & Flexibility This is an hourly, non‑exempt position with the freedom to build a schedule that supports your life and your goals up to full time. Schedule will be Friday-Sunday Others location available: Naperville Qualifications Required Master's degree in a mental health field Illinois license or license‑eligible (LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care Desire to grow, learn, and contribute Preferred Experience with EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, or other evidence‑based modalities Experience with children, adolescents, or families Bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensure Additional compensation for specialized services Opportunities for advancement into senior or supervisory roles $40-50 per session for an experienced clinician If You're Ready to Grow — We're Ready for You Submit your resume and a brief statement of interest.
