Job Description

PAKT, LLC
is a community based agency, providing trauma informed, family centered and culturally competent services to individuals and families referred by the Indiana Department of Child Services. We are currently seeking licensed therapists to join our team in South-Central Indiana! In this role, therapists enjoy schedule flexibility with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families navigating complex systems. Our work focuses on safety, accountability, skill-building, and long-term stability for children and families. Responsibilities Develop specific treatment plans with goals and objectives for individual clients. Provide goal-oriented, time-limited therapy to parents and/or children recovering from abuse, neglect and related issues. Conduct weekly sessions and provide crisis support for clients. Assist clients with stress management, communication, behavior modification, and parenting education. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Ensure cultural sensitivity and maintain strict client confidentiality. Advocate for clients by connecting them with community support systems and resources. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited university with an active License with the Indiana Behavioral Health Board (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) Prior experience providing therapeutic services to families needing assistance in the protection and care of their children is preferred but not required. Experience and/or training on trauma, domestic violence, substance use, and family systems therapeutic interventions preferred. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, delivering services at home and in community-based settings. Ability to respond professionally, thoroughly and objectively to the demands and pressures of the position. Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record, auto insurance coverage as per state policy and required personal/professional liability insurance. Must pass all required background checks, including fingerprinting, criminal and CPS.
