As an

HCBS DCS

Therapist, you'll provide home-based individual and family therapy, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and work with DCS-involved children, adolescents, and families to promote healing and stability. This contract role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community. Responsibilities Provide therapy in homes, schools, or community-based locations Complete intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans Use evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, etc.) Maintain compliant, timely documentation in our EHR system Collaborate with DCS caseworkers, caregivers, and care teams Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Licensed or license-eligible (within 2 years) as

LMHC, LCSW, LMFT

in Indiana Experience working with child welfare/DCS-involved families is preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Experience in clinical counseling or mental health counseling is preferred. Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and case management practices. Familiarity with behavioral health principles and practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
