Meridian Health Services- 2.
- 5pm and will have up to 10% travel within the community.
Role:
As a Therapist III, you'll play a vital role for the provision of clinical services to individuals in their respective areas, primarily children, adults and/or families with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis, or individuals with substance use/dependence issues in both the outpatient and residential setting.Therapist III Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, mental status exams, and diagnoses Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients Provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling services Deliver therapeutic services aligned with treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, courts, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners both verbally and in writing Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical and administrative documentation Adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and state and federal regulations What We're Looking For in aTherapist III:
We're seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment. Experience in behavioral health or social services is a plus. Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marital & Family Therapy, or related Behavioral Science field of study as required for licensure Full non-probationary license in one of the following:LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
