Job Description

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated therapist to join our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) team in Greencastle, Indiana within Putnam County . This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy leading groups, supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders, and being part of a collaborative behavioral health team. The SUD Intensive Outpatient (IOT) Group Facilitator will provide a combination of individual and group therapy services to adults age 18 and older who are experiencing substance use challenges. Whether you have experience leading therapeutic groups or are a clinician who is passionate about SUD treatment and interested in developing your group facilitation skills, Cummins provides ongoing training, clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth. Putnam County offers a 4-Day work week. This position also allows for flexible scheduling.
Duties Include:
Provide individual and group therapy with adults ages 18 years and older who struggle with ongoing substance use Facilitate Intensive Outpatient (IOT) group therapy in a supportive, recovery focused environment Collaborate with community referral resources Complete ongoing clinical assessments and treatment planning Complete same day documentation of services provided Be a part of a high performance team that promotes wellness and recovery Participate in interdisciplinary Team Staffing with Psychiatrists/APRN's and HSPP Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing clinical trainings
Education/Experience:
Must possess a Master's degree in Addictions, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy and have either an associate license or be fully licensed in Indiana. Prefer experience leading groups but also willing to consider those who are passionate about SUD and want to learn to lead groups.
