Applicants must be degreed and licensed in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC), or a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP), or hold their associate licenses (LSW, LMHC-A). COMPENSATION

The Staff Therapist is an employee of the agency - not an "independent contractor" - and is compensated based on fees collected from client sessions. Additionally, Seasons may cover liability insurance, electronic health record system license fees, furniture and necessary office supplies, and reimbursement for professional development and licensing. Part-time therapists (up to 55 sessions per month) are reimbursed at a rate of 50% of fees collected 3/4 time therapists (56-95 sessions per month) are reimbursed at a rate of 55% of fees collected Full time therapists (96+ sessions per month) are reimbursed at a rate of 60% of fees collected Seasons Counseling provides FREE telehealth benefits for physical health and mental health needs. Additional insurance benefits are also available.

POSITION DESCRIPTION A

Mental Health Counselor provides individual, couple, and family counseling. He or she participates as a clinical staff team member, shares in staffing and case conferences, and performs necessary administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Professional Services Provides the number of agreed upon clinical hours Maintains clinical records in keeping with agency policies and procedures Represents the standards and practices of their primary professional fields Clinical Staff Participation Works cooperatively with staff colleagues, consultants, and referring professionals Actively participates in clinical staffing and case consultations Attends administrative staff meetings, staff retreats, and other team building activities

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's or doctor's degree in pastoral counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent Clinical training and experience, validated by certification or licensure by the groups corresponding to their fields, including the American Association of Pastoral Counselors (AAPC), American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), Academy of Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), and/or full state licensure in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, counseling, or medicine Mastery of a coherent theory and practice of therapy Ability to use the language and methodology of differential diagnosis and familiarity with the contributions of various diagnostic tests Ability to assess a client's therapeutic needs, to establish a therapeutic relationship, and to conduct, complete, terminate, and evaluate that therapy
