Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Conduct patient assessments, intake interviews, and ongoing data collection to track progress and inform therapy adjustments. Deliver behavioral therapy sessions utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques tailored for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Collect, analyze, and document medical records, progress notes, and behavioral data in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure consistency across therapeutic environments. Provide training and support to caregivers on behavior management strategies and intervention techniques. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress reports and session notes, using appropriate medical terminology. Qualifications A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, special education, or a related field Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and autism spectrum disorders support strategies. Strong skills in data collection, patient care, assessment procedures, and medical documentation. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards related to medical records. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to perform intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations accurately. $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
