What You'll Do Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's developmental, emotional, behavioral, and social needs Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families Deliver individual, family, and parent-focused therapy sessions Support children experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma, social difficulties, and other mental health concerns Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and healthcare providers as appropriate Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Educate families on effective strategies to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy development Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives that support mental health awareness Contribute positively to the Curis culture through professionalism, teamwork, and shared accountability The Ideal Candidate You are a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping children and families build healthier, happier futures. You believe in treating the whole person, value collaboration, and are committed to achieving measurable outcomes that create lasting change.
