Salary Range:
$52,000
  • $62,000 (Salary)
Bonus:
$5,000 ($2,500 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $2,500 Retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.) We are seeking a Functional Family Therapist to join our team. You will join a service oriented, close knit team providing Functional Family Therapy (FFT), a nationally recognized, evidence-based intervention to children and families. You will receive training and certification in FFT, will need to work well independently, as the position is very autonomous with much flexibility in scheduling sessions and the FFT model supports caseloads of 10-14 families at a time. As a member of the Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager•
FFT. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required. Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model. Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information. Monitors progress in treatment and adjust the phase of treatment as indicated. Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of phase system. Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Master's degree in a field eligible for Kansas BSRB licensure required. Being currently licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas is preferred. At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening. A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
