We collaborate with our clients through evidence-based approaches to assist them in enhancing their daily lives. Our primary focus is to provide accessible, unique and quality treatment to clients. We are excited to expand our practice, allowing further mental health support for women in our community.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a licensed therapist to work at least 24 clinical session hours per week, with flexible hours. Our practice offers a welcoming, friendly, and supportive environment that would allow growth within our practice both personally and professionally!
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree or higher in the field of Marriage and Family Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field Active, and in good standing, license in the State of Kansas and Missouri as a LMFT, LPC, LMSW, LMLP, LCMFT, LCPC, LSCSW or LCP Ability to work at least 24 clinical session hours per week Attend staff meetings and collaborate effectively with all staff members Complete all correspondence with new and current clients, community providers, and various entities within the group practice in accordance with The Counseling Collaborative's Policies and Procedures Represent the group within the community in a professional manner Contribution in marketing efforts Regular and reliable attendance Ability to provide therapy services within the office setting (not a remote location) Assist in daily operations and perform other unspecified tasks and related duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Experience in conducting individual, telehealth and group therapy with individuals (14+) An understanding of personally utilized theoretical orientations and the ability to apply said methods to work with clients Demonstrate the ability to work with an electronic medical record (EMR) system Demonstrate the ability to complete intake interviews and complete initial client records in a timely manner Experience working with trauma (EMDR training preferred) and perinatal populations Demonstrate the ability to develop, review and revise individualized treatment plans with clients Demonstrate the ability to provide various treatment approaches for each client based on client's personal needs, preferences, abilities, and treatment goals Demonstrate an understanding of appropriate Diagnosis (DSM 5) and treatment/billing codes (CPT Codes, ICD -10). Ability to evaluate crisis needs and respond in accordance with The Counseling Collaborative's Policies and Procedures Ability to maintain case files in accordance with The Counseling Collaborative, LLC and State of Kansas standards Demonstrate the ability to monitor safety precautions at each session concerning the mental and emotional states for each client Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with clients, staff members, and outside community service providers Ability to work independently with adequate training and support Have a positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
