We provide client-centered, individualized mental health and substance use services through telehealth and are expanding our team of contracted clinicians. We are seeking licensed clinicians who are dependable, flexible, clinically strong, and comfortable working independently while being part of a growing practice. Clinicians may work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups based on their training, experience, interests, and scope of practice. Job Duties Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy within your scope of practice Complete intake assessments, diagnoses when applicable, and individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing psychotherapy using clinically appropriate, evidence-informed approaches Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed Complete timely and accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and other required documentation Assess and respond appropriately to safety concerns, including suicide risk, abuse, neglect, and other clinical emergencies Coordinate care with other providers, schools, family members, or community supports when appropriate and authorized Make referrals for higher levels of care or specialty services when clinically indicated Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards Follow NRBW policies, payer requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations Maintain active licensure and professional liability insurance Participate in credentialing and onboarding requirements Maintain a confidential and professional telehealth environment Communicate with NRBW regarding availability, referrals, caseload needs, and significant clinical concerns Represent New Roots Bridgeway professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners About the Role Clinicians are not expected to treat every population or diagnosis. Caseloads are developed based on the clinician's strengths, specialty areas, preferred populations, availability, and referral needs. NRBW is continuing to grow through insurance partnerships, community referrals, and organizational contracts. We are looking for clinicians who want flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow alongside the practice while providing high-quality care to a diverse client population.
