Overview:

We advocate for vulnerable individuals who cannot advocate for themselves and are a leading behavioral health management provider in the U.S. We are hiring masters-level therapists with a current or eligible Kansas license for a social worker or counselor role at Satanta District Hospital in Satanta, KS. Full-time and part-time (30 hours) positions are available with benefits, in an Intensive Outpatient setting demonstrating excellent rural Kansans' treatment outcomes. New therapists are welcome to apply. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

Facilitating daily group therapy and maintaining charts Completing psychosocial assessments Assisting with treatment and discharge planning Performing utilization reviews This small, cohesive program offers a supportive environment within a visionary team dedicated to impactful senior behavioral healthcare.

Qualifications:

Master's level social work or counselor license (or license-eligible) in Kansas Experience with geriatric populations Experience in individual and group therapy
