Position Overview We are seeking a part-time therapist to provide a combination of: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy Individual therapy services This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy both group facilitation and individual work, and who value flexibility while maintaining structure in a clinical setting. Schedule IOP Groups (Required):

Monday, Wednesday, Friday Individual Sessions:

Flexible scheduling based on availability and client needs Compensation & Benefits $50 per billable hour Paid supervision for associate-level clinicians (up to $50/week) Flexible scheduling for individual sessions Small group sizes to support quality care Billing and administrative support provided by the practice Reasonable, sustainable caseload expectations Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth, advancement, and professional development Ability to grow into a full-time position as your caseload builds Responsibilities Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions (SUD and/or mental health) Provide individual therapy to clients Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain ethical and professional standards Collaborate with the practice owner as needed Qualifications We welcome both associate-level and independently licensed clinicians, including:

Associate Level:

CSW (Certified Social Worker) LPCA (Licensed Professional Counselor Associate) MFTA (Marriage and Family Therapy Associate)

Independently Licensed:

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) Additional Requirements Eligible for licensure and practice in Kentucky Experience or strong interest in substance use and/or group therapy Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain documentation standards Why Join Us?
