Sun is committed to Solving Unmet Needs Position Summary The Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting, helping clients address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that impact daily functioning and overall well-being. This role delivers assessment, treatment, and therapeutic interventions while collaborating with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners to promote positive treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients across the lifespan. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation. Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, grief, family conflict, relationship issues, substance use concerns, and life stressors. Coordinate care with families, medical providers, referral sources, and community agencies as appropriate. Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision as appropriate. Respond to crisis situations and safety concerns in accordance with organizational, clinical, and regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance with
