Conducts clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and crisis interventions. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure compliance with regulations. Participates in program development, outcome measurement, and resource liaison activities. Maintains accurate, confidential client records and completes required documentation. Supports program standards and contributes to a person-centered treatment approach. Qualifications include a Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work, licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC), and at least two years of experience.
