Who You Are:

You bring compassion, professionalism, and a desire to help families succeed.

You also have:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Experience working with youth who have mental health or behavioral challenges. Ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and maintain professional boundaries.

What You'll Do:

Your role will blend clinical skill with compassionate care, including: Providing individual and family therapy in home or outpatient settings. Supporting clients with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. Collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and families. Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation aligned with best practices. For newer clinicians, you'll receive mentorship and guidance at a pace tailored to your comfort and experience.
