In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by supporting our clients to achieve their goals!\ JRIs In-Home Behavioral Services program is a dedicated home-based initiative focused on helping youth recognize and manage challenging behaviors. Our team collaborates closely with both the child and their family to develop and execute personalized behavior plans aimed at enhancing the childs overall functioning. Our treatment approach is grounded in behavioral principles and tailored to address the distinct needs of each child and family.\ Compensation\ The pay range for this position is \$50,000 to \$75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.\
Sign-on Bonus:
We are offering a \$2,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.\
Schedule:
This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings. While weekend hours are available, they are not mandatory. The scheduling for this role is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family.\ Why JRI?\

Requirements:
\
  • Must be 21 years of age.\
  • A Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or related field is required.\
  • A minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs.\
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with a familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn different electronic systems.\
  • Knowledge of various behavioral health treatment modalities for children and families.\
  • Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.\
  • Maintain a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.\
