Our organization is seeking compassionate individuals to provide care and support for children with autism at their homes and within our center locations. Join a great team and make a difference in the lives of the children we serve through providing 1:1 therapy to increase communication, socialization and play skills. Training and certification provided. Hands on and online training provided to develop competency in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Training remains ongoing throughout employment with a focus on constantly improving independence and quality of life for the children we serve.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings to children and adolescents with autism under the supervision of a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Teach social, play, and communication skills. Teach and assist with self-help skills to promote independence. Follow skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols. Collect and record data through direct treatment sessions. Lead social skills groups. Collaborate and assist with creating fun therapeutic activities and programs. Write daily therapy session notes. Collaborate with a treatment team including child, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers. Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending trainings and professional development opportunities. Full-Time & Part-Time flexible schedules that can be accommodated for most!
