Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Seasons Behavioral Services. As an ABA Therapist, you will work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to provide behavioral therapy and support. Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will learn the best ways to build rapport with your client, understand their needs, and help them develop the skills they need to thrive. We are a team of passionate individuals dedicated to providing effective and compassionate services. We're committed to listening and learning to our clients and what their needs are. We are excited to get to know you and learn how we can provide you with the professional development you need to succeed at Seasons Behavioral Services.
Duties:
  • Treat all clients, families, and teammate with respect and compassion
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management
  • Collect data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation, including progress notes and incident reports
Skills:
  • Strong play skills and willingness to learn your client's favorite activities
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to provide patient-centered care while maintaining professional boundaries
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Reliable transportation
