Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) to provide outpatient psychotherapy both in our Topsfield office and via telehealth. Candidates may choose their preferred working hours from available afternoons, evenings, weekends, or flexible daytime blocks. The ideal candidate has experience with women and/or teens, an interest in anxiety and trauma-focused treatment, and a commitment to ethical, high-quality care. This role provides stability and support—allowing you to focus on therapy, not administrative burdens. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy (in-person and/or telehealth) Maintain a flexible caseload of 8 -15 weekly sessions Complete progress notes and documentation in SimplePractice Conduct intakes, including biopsychosocial assessments, MSEs, and diagnoses when appropriate Engage in collaborative goal planning with clients Attend monthly consultation/supervision meetings (paid at clinical rate) Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards including HIPAA compliance Qualifications Active independent Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) 2-5+ years of clinical experience preferred Interest in working with women, teens, trauma survivors, and/or individuals with anxiety disorders Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, ERP, CPT, TF-CBT) or willingness to be trained Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for our field
