Neurosprout ABA Therapy - Maryland (Field-Based) Neurosprout ABA Therapy is hiring a Community Referral Coordinator to help build relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, daycares, and other community providers throughout Maryland. Starting at $20+/hour based on experience This role focuses on visiting pediatrician offices, psychologist offices, schools, and daycare programs to build professional relationships and help connect families to autism testing and ABA therapy services.
Schedule and Pay:

Responsibilities:
Visit pediatrician offices, psychologists, schools, and daycare centers Build and maintain referral relationships within the community Educate providers about autism testing and ABA therapy services Help coordinate referrals with the intake team Represent Neurosprout ABA Therapy professionally in the community
Qualifications:
Understanding of ABA therapy required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, professional, and comfortable with local travel. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills preferred Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality strongly preferred If you enjoy networking, building community relationships, and helping families access autism testing and ABA therapy services, we'd love to hear from you!
