Job Description
Pathways Behavioral Health is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Intern for the 2026 summer. Interested applicants should e-mail their resume and cover letter.
Job Duties:
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with in-home clients
- Perform necessary administrative and lesson planning work to adequately prepare for therapy sessions (1 hour per week)
- Attend weekly supervision meetings (1 hour per week)
- Write daily session notes
Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience working with preschool aged children in an educational or home setting
- At least a high school diploma
- Ability to establish rapport with young children and their families
- Must have access to reliable transportation (not metro accessible)
- Willingness to learn therapeutic techniques quickly
Salary:
- $18.00
- 26.00/hour depending on experience
- Administrative work and supervision sessions are paid
- Supervision for BCBA practicum available
Commitment:
- 10 hours a week; Summer only
