Licensed Therapist (LGPC/LMSW)

Director of Operations Position Summary :

CCMS is looking for energetic, passionate licensed therapists (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC) to join our team. We are looking for individuals who wish to provide comprehensive psychological services such as, but not limited to, individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and their families and facilitation of therapeutic groups. Therapists will provide services in a variety of settings including, but not limited to in-office, in-home, in the community and various schools within the Prince George's County Public Schools system.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide at least weekly individual and/or family therapy to children, adolescents, and their families Provide clinical support to CIOP and Summer Enrichment Program as needed Facilitate group therapy as requested by Director of Operations' Maintain service records by using the Credible electronic medical record system Enter session notes into Credible within 48 hours of completing session Complete intake psychosocial assessments as assigned by Clinical Director Complete updated psychosocial assessments for clients on caseload annually Complete and update treatment plans at admission and at least every six months or earlier if needed Demonstrate ability to work cooperatively and effectively with other professionals, individuals and groups both within CCMS as well as in the community Participate in administrative supervision weekly with administrative supervisor

LGPC/LMSW

level therapists must participate in clinical supervision weekly May supervise the work of practicum and intern students

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of service delivery system and coordination of care. Good organizational skills and the ability to plan and implement consumer services Strong leadership abilities Strong written and oral communication abilities Fluent in Spanish language (preferred, not required) Must have independent malpractice insurance

Education/Experience:

Master's Degree with licensure of at least

LGPC/LMSW

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral health services in an outpatient mental health setting. Ability to speak Spanish (preferred) Experience in crisis-intervention and trauma-related presentations Minimum one (1) year experience working with co-morbid diagnoses Experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred
