About Lartey Wellness Group Lartey Wellness Group is a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Maryland. We are seeking an enthusiastic Marriage & Family Therapist to join our collaborative clinical team. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with diverse populations and are committed to providing high-quality, relationship-focused therapy in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities appropriate to each client's needs. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, PRP staff, and other members of the treatment team. Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as required. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Maryland licensing regulations. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, COMAR, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements. Qualifications Required Active Maryland LGMFT or LCMFT license in good standing. Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or closely related field. Eligible to provide in-person therapy services in Maryland particularly in Laurel and Rockville MD areas. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Preferred Experience working in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Experience with CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, EFT, or other evidence-based approaches. Credentialed with Maryland Medicaid and commercial insurance panels (or willing to become credentialed). Schedule Part-time Minimum 15 hours per week Evening availability Monday-Thursday (4:00 PM-8:00 PM) Occasional Saturday morning availability preferred Services provided in person at our Laurel and Rockville offices Benefits Flexible scheduling Administrative support Electronic Health Record provided Steady referral stream Collaborative multidisciplinary team Professional growth opportunities Supportive clinical environment
Compensation:
Compensation is based on licensure level.
LGMFT:
$60/hour
LCMFT:
