This is a unique opportunity to work within a respected pediatric medical home where behavioral health is fully integrated with primary care. You will collaborate directly with pediatricians and staff to provide timely, meaningful support to children struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, school stressors, and emotional challenges. What Makes This Opportunity Special Established pediatric practice with built-in referrals Collaborative team of pediatricians and medical staff Ability to make a real impact on children's lives Hybrid schedule (in-office + telehealth) Full-time stable caseload Growth opportunity to help shape behavioral health services Supportive, family-centered environment Responsibilities Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families Evaluate and treat ADHD-related behavioral concerns Support patients with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and school stress Parent coaching and family guidance Collaborate with pediatricians and staff regarding treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in care coordination with schools and outside providers when needed Create therapy groups and classes as it relates to patient support Create Social Media content Documentation and Billing completed in EHR in a timely manner Qualifications Maryland license required:

LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW
