RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist Kavana Care Rosedale, MD Job Details Part-time $22 - $26 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications RBT Certification Parent collaboration Experience working with individuals with autism English High school diploma or GED Experience working with children Working with families Adaptability Computer skills Full Job Description Provides adaptive behavior treatment directly to client. Treatment includes behavior modification treatment as well as providing training to client in communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA Collect data on above programs Record session notes detailing treatment Report successes, challenges, and questions to supervising BCBA File medical and crisis incident reports
Qualifications:
Ability to read and write English High school diploma RBT Certification Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended) Ability to work hands-on with children
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
behaviors Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms (training may be provided) Knowledgeable about data collection software (training may be provided) Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients' families Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed Patient and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging Goal-oriented and organized Consistent and reliable Acts professionally in a variety of environments Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and the needs of the client Hourly range: $22.00-$26.00 15 hours 4:30pm -7:30pm

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
