Now hiring for 4-day work week Monday- Thursday. Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Team Therapist Location:
Salisbury, MD Salary Range:
$70,000-$80,000 annually
Schedule:
4‑day, 36-hour work week — Monday through
Thursday Position Summary:
The position is part of an interdisciplinary team that provides quality evidenced based practices to clients living in the community struggling with behavioral health issues. This is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide high quality treatment using ACT evidenced bases practices. Complete all regulatory documentation for client treatment. Plan and carry out individual and group therapy relative to the client's needs. Responsible for coordinating treatment and stabilization with identified natural supports and with community service providers.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Licensed mental health professional. Must possess a Maryland license of LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C. Applicants who do not have a license may also apply pending receipt of the required license. Highly developed organizational and communication skills. Current CPR and First Aid. Full valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Privileged to carry out all duties, including client treatment coordination. Why work for HealthPort?
