Charlie Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality virtual IOP and PHP-level care to teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you will deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. You'll document clinical services, participate in case consultation, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy via secure virtual platforms for teens, young adults, and families enrolled in intensive outpatient programs. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches) tailored to client needs and goals. Conduct ongoing risk assessments, develop and update safety plans, and respond promptly to crises in accordance with clinical and organizational protocols. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge or transition summaries in the EHR. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate and optimize client care. Engage and support families and caregivers, when appropriate and consented, to reinforce treatment goals and improve treatment adherence. Participate in regular clinical consultations, supervision, and team meetings to share insights, review cases, and support continuous quality improvement. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards related to professional practice, confidentiality, and telehealth delivery of services.
