Responsibilities of the Therapist Provide supportive therapy and substance abuse counseling for both individuals and groups Provide clients with assertive case management including appropriate assessment, planning, coordination, linkage, delivery and advocacy of services for all assigned clients Provide consultation to other programs as well as liaison services to outside agencies and families when needed Qualifications of the Therapist Master's degree in Social Work, Valid Licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW or LGPC), requirements may vary by team Two to three years experience providing mental health services and addictions counseling.
