Full-Time / Part-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our growing mental health clinic at Archway Counseling Services. The therapist will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients across diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns. The ideal candidate is client-centered, highly professional, and committed to delivering quality care in alignment with Archway Counseling Services mission of supporting emotional wellness and resilience.Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Careo Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or group therapy.o Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.o Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other professionals as needed.o Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
- Client Support & Advocacyo Build strong therapeutic relationships through empathy, trust, and professionalism.o Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.o Educate clients and families on coping strategies, resources, and wellness practices.
- Professional & Team Contributionso Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in [State] as LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (required).
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience post-licensure (preferred; new licensees welcome to apply).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong clinical, assessment, and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices.
- Empathy, cultural competence, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.
