We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnoses, therapy, and treatment planning for clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each client receives the care and support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations across all age groups. Develop individualized, therapy-focused treatment plans within the first 30 days of service. Provide ongoing individual therapy with documented progress and quarterly reviews. Offer individual and group supervision to care coordinators and other field personnel as needed. Monitor and justify continued services through thorough chart reviews. Develop and implement crisis plans when appropriate. Collaborate with medication providers and care coordinators to coordinate care and track progress. Maintain clear and timely documentation for all client interactions on a weekly basis. Facilitate training to staff to enhance skills provision three times a year

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active clinical license (LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, LCSW, LCPC) Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Experience in individual therapy and treatment planning. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Why Join Us? $58,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
