Licensed Therapist Present Day Therapy Grand Rapids, MI Job Details Part-time | Full-time $50 - $100 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications LMSW Master's degree Psychology Marriage & Family Therapy Social Work Full Job Description Send your resume and a few sentences about why Present Day sounds like your kind of practice to . If it looks like a fit, we'll reach out with next steps. Company Background Present Day Therapy is a practice in Alger Heights, built around a problem I have personally experienced. Private practice can be an isolating profession where each contractor is on their own island, and we would like to change that. Present day will focus on clinicians being more like coworkers than individuals working under a practice name. There will be regular consultation groups so you never feel alone when dealing with a tough case. You will get to know your peers and grow as a clinician. We will engage in community outside of the therapy space because we are people first! I value supporting the clinician in order to build a well run practice. Going to therapy is a vulnerable practice and we are seeking to find clinicians who can give clients an experience that will get them past the initial few visits, because that is when the real work happens. Roughly one in three clients don't come back after an intake, and we want to change that. We believe that pouring into our clinicians will yield better results for the client as well.
