Our services include a state-of-the-art psychiatric urgent care center and a soon-to-be-built pediatric behavioral health center, outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization (day programs), assessment and testing, residential, addiction treatment and specialty services such as crisis response, employee assistance programs, forensic psychiatry and psychology, and neuromodulation. On-the-job educational programs for nurses, psychologists, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists, and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers. Clinical Therapist - Northwest Clinic (Full-Time) Grand Rapids, MI Pine Rest is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, counseling, and treatment services for individuals receiving behavioral health care. In this role, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, deliver evidence-based therapy, and help patients build the skills and support needed for recovery. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Wellness Programs Generous Front-Loaded Paid Time Off (PTO) 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan Tuition Reimbursement and Loan Forgiveness Programs (eligible positions) Career Growth and Development Opportunities What You'll Do Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate patient care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered treatment environment What We're Looking For Required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Current full Michigan licensure as an LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent clinical license Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services Preferred Experience providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) DBT-Intensive (DBT-I) training Experience working with children and adolescents Position Details Salaried (Exempt) W-2 position Pay based on licensure and experience, with potential to earn additional income through a quarterly bonus plan Flexible schedule arrangements Office-based work environment Comprehensive benefits package available.
