MPC is looking for motivated therapists who want the earning potential of private practice with the support of an established group practice. This position is designed for clinicians who want to focus on therapy while MPC provides the clients, referrals, office space, reception, billing support, credentialing support, clinical systems, and overall practice infrastructure. Compensation This position offers $110,000 in annual gross compensation, with additional production-based compensation available for high-performing full-caseload clinicians. MPC provides the clients, referrals, office space, reception, billing support, credentialing support, clinical systems, supervision when required, and practice infrastructure needed to build and maintain a full caseload. Compensation terms and practice-support structure are reviewed during the interview process. This is a full-caseload psychotherapy position with strong income potential and full practice support provided by MPC. Compensation is structured through a private-practice style model, with practice-support terms reviewed during the interview process.
